There’s been all these rumors about Vanessa Hudgens auditioning for the role of Leah Clearwater in New Moon, and even Brenda Song has had to refute rumors that she’s tried out for the role!But now it seems that the rumors can die off for a while, as the role of Leah Clearwater won’t even be introduced in New Moon! Los Angeles Times‘ Denise Martin reports that not only did Vanessa not actually audition for the role, the character of Leah didn’t even make the New Moon cut.
So it appears we have a while to wait on seeing what young actress will play Leah. What do you think, will New Moon be the same without Leah?
