The figures were first unveiled around two years ago at the central London tourist attraction, reports the Telegraph.

Cyrus, 17, has been criticised in the past for posting provocative pictures of herself online.

Efron, 22, who made his name as the heartthrob on High School Musical, has recently taken on more mature roles.
