Corbin Bleu’s new album Speed of Light will be released March 10. Excited?

Corbin Bleu was on hand for the 40th NAACP Image Awards nominees as they were announced today during a press conference in Los Angeles.

Nominees for the prestigious awards include Keke Palmer and her new Nick show, True Jackson, VP, The Cheetah Girls: One World, Selena Gomez, Cory in the House, Beyonce Knowles, Alicia Keys and Jennifer Hudson!

Congrats to all the nominees, and make sure to tune in to The Image Awards, which applauses diversity, on February 12.

Corbin Bleu performs Moments That Matter during his Wisconsin stop of the Summer 2008 tour. This single is from his upcoming album, Speed of Light, due in stores March 10th.

He gives some back story, saying, “My birthday was on February 21st. On that day I was in the recoding studio. I was working. I didn’t get to see a lot of my family and friends or anything because I was working, which was cool – I love working. It was really wonderful, I have a lot of family and friends leaving a lot of great messages, they just said some really great words and just got me feeling really good and all mushy and gushy. And I just wanted to write something about it.”

In a recent interview with JJJ, Madison Pettis says that Corbin Bleu is just like a brother to her. “Corbin is like a big brother to me. I mean, I have a big brother the same age as him and he has a sister the same age as me. It was funny that we have siblings that are sort of the same age.”

She also talks about it snowing in Vancouver and they all had snowball fights! “He’s [Corbin Bleu] better at it than me though. He would sneak behind me and plop one on my head. I can’t reach on top of his head.“

Getting her groove on alongside Minnie Mouse, Miley Cyrus took the stage at Magic Kingdom in Lake Buena Vista while taping a segment of the “Walt Disney World Christmas Day Parade” on Saturday (December 6).The “Hannah Montana” starlet will kick off the show with what’s being called a blockbuster performance of “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town,” while her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, is also slated to perform his Christmas single, “Run Rudolph Run.”
Along with Miley and Billy Ray, the Jonas Brothers will perform their Christmas tune, “Joyful Kings,” while Corbin Bleu sings a Disney Parks original song, “Celebrate You.”
