“Hannah Montana: The Movie” is right around the corner! It arrives in theaters on April 10th and I think movie goers will be lineing up to see this film. In this video clip, Miley Cyrus takes us behind the scenes of the soundtrack for the movie, which dropped on March 24th.Miley relects on the movie and soundtrack saying, “Hannah Montana: The Movie is all about getting back to your roots. So, we have songs like Back to Tennessee from my dad and Always Find Your Way Back Home…it’s a new Hannah Montana song. They are songs that really bring it back to Nashville. Especially like Butterfly…it’s more or a country song. And even The Climb is a little more country.”

“Hannah Montana: The Movie” Merchandise

“Hannah Montana: The Movie” dolls were unveiled at the 2009 Toy Fair. There is a Hannah Montana doll with her horse, Travis (played by the lovely Lucas Till) and Miley Stewart, and a Miley doll that sings.

The movie arrives in theaters on April 10, 2009. MTV gives us a look at the new dolls.

Dolly Parton Was Not Invited to be in “Hannah Montana: The Movie”

It’s been everywhere that Dolly Parton will be reprising her role in the upcoming “Hannah Montana: The Movie”, but the reports aren’t true! Parton is actually not in the movie, but she wanted to be.

“I’m not in the movie,” she said. “I wish I had been.”

She was asked early on in the movie process if she would reprise her role for the movie and she said that she would love to.

“I said I would love to! I assumed that they were gonna be writing me a part,” she said in a recent interview.

Unfortunately in the end, Dolly Parton’s part wasn’t included in the script.
